American Tower (AMT) PT Raised to $144 at Jefferies; Reiterates Buy

Jefferies raised its price target on American Tower (NYSE: AMT) to $144.00 (from $136.00) while maintaining a Buy rating. 1Q total property revenue of $1.59bn was ahead of the Street's $1.56bn estimates, as organic tenant billing growth of 8.6%, was solidly ahead of 7.7% estimates.
