Nasdaq Announces 19% Increase in Quarterly Dividend to $0.38 Per Share
April 26, 2017 6:30 AM EDTNEW YORK, April 26, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Nasdaq, Inc (Nasdaq: NDAQ) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share on the company's outstanding common stock, an increase of 19% from the prior $0.32 per share quarterly dividend. Â
The dividend is payable on June 30, 2017 to shareowners of record at the close of business on June 16, 2017. The Board of Directors has adopted a dividend policy with the intention to provide shareholders with regular and growing dividends over the long term as earnings and cash flow grow.Â
