First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. Announces 2017 First Quarter Results
April 25, 2017 6:00 PM EDTITASCA, Ill., April 25, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company" or "First Midwest") (NASDAQ: FMBI), the holding company of First Midwest Bank (the "Bank"), today reported results of operations and financial condition for the first quarter of 2017. Net income for the first quarter of 2017 was $22.9 million, or $0.23 per share. This compares to $20.7 million, or $0.25 per share, for the fourth quarter of 2016, and $18.0 million, or $0.23 per share, for the first quarter of 2016.
