Crown Castle (CCI) Prices 4.75M Common Stock Offering for Gross Proceeds of $447M
April 26, 2017 8:26 AM EDTCrown Castle International Corp. (NYSE: CCI) (Crown Castle) announced today that it has priced its previously announced public offering of 4,750,000 shares of its common stock.
The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $447 million.
