March 10, 2017 4:20 PM ESTNEW YORK, March 10, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- StoneCastle Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: BANX) ("StoneCastle Financial" or the "Company"), an SEC registered closed-end management investment company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash distribution of $0.37 per share for the first quarter of 2017. The distribution will be payable on March 29, 2017 to shareholders of record on March 22, 2017.
