Ross Stores Reports Fourth Quarter and Fiscal 2016 Results

DUBLIN, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ross Stores, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROST) today reported earnings per share for the fourth quarter ended January 28, 2017 of $.77, up 17% from the prior year, on net earnings that rose 14% to $301 million. Sales for the fiscal 2016 fourth quarter grew 8% to $3.5 billion, with comparable store sales up 4% versus a 4% gain last year.
