Host Hotels & Resorts (HST) Tops Q4 EPS by 3c; $500M Stock Buyback

Host Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: HST) reported Q4 EPS of $0.17, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.34 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.31 billion.

Adjusted FFO was $0.41 versus $0.39 last year.
