February 21, 2017 5:35 PM ESTGLENDALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PS Business Parks, Inc. (NYSE: PSB) reported operating results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
Net income allocable to common shareholders was $12.9 million, or $0.47 per share, for the three months ended December 31, 2016, a decrease of $2.0 million, or 13.4%, from $14.9 million, or $0.55 per share, for the three months ended December 31, 2015. Net income allocable to common shareholders was $62.9 million, or $2.31 per share, for the year ended December 31, 2016, a decrease of $5.4 million, or 7.9%, from $68.3 million, or $2.52 per share, for the year ended December 31, 2015.
