CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hyatt Hotels Corporation ("Hyatt" or the "Company") (NYSE: H) today reported fourth quarter 2016 financial results. Net income attributable to Hyatt was $41 million, or $0.31 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2016, compared to $37 million, or $0.26 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2015.
