SiriusXM Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2016 Results
February 2, 2017 7:00 AM ESTNEW YORK, Feb. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â SiriusXM today announced fourth quarter and full-year 2016 operating and financial results, including record revenue of $1.3 billion and $5.0 billion, respectively, up 9% and 10% versus the prior year periods.
Net income totaled $205 million and $746 million in the fourth quarter and full-year 2016, respectively, up 52% and 46% from $135 million and $510 million in the fourth quarter and full-year 2015, respectively. Net income per diluted common share was $0.04 and $0.15 in the fourth quarter and full-year 2016, respectively, compared to $0.03 and $0.09 in the fourth quarter and full-year 2015, respectively.
