Energizer Holdings, Inc. Announces Fiscal 2017 First Quarter Results and Updates Financial Outlook for Fiscal 2017
February 1, 2017 6:55 AM ESTST. LOUIS, Feb. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Energizer Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ENR) today announced results for the first fiscal quarter, which ended December 31, 2016. For the first fiscal quarter, net earnings were $95.6 million, or $1.52 per diluted share, compared to $65.5 million, or $1.05 per diluted share, in the prior year first quarter. Adjusted net earnings in the first quarter were $95.1 million, or $1.51 per diluted share, compared to adjusted net earnings of $72.3 million, or $1.16 per diluted share, in the prior year first quarter.
