Univar Announces Sale of 15,000,000 Shares of Common Stock by Selling Stockholders

(NYSE: UNVR) ("Univar") announced today the sale of 15,000,000 shares of Univar's common stock (representing approximately 10.7% of its issued and outstanding shares) by investment funds affiliated with Clayton, Dubilier & Rice LLC ("CD&R") and Dahlia Investments Pte.
