Rockwell Automation Reports First Quarter 2017 Results

MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK) today reported fiscal 2017 first quarter sales of $1,490.3 million, up 4.5 percent from $1,426.6 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2016. Organic sales grew 3.8 percent. Currency translation reduced sales by 1.1 percentage points, and acquisitions contributed 1.8 percentage points to sales growth.
