ServiceNow Reports Financial Results for Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2016

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ServiceNow® (NYSE: NOW), the enterprise cloud company, today announced the financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2016.

Fourth Quarter 2016 GAAP Results:

Subscription revenues of $344.6 million, representing 41% year-over-year growth. Professional services and other revenues of $41.1 million, representing 0% year-over-year growth. Total revenues of $385.7 million, representing 35% year-over-year growth. Subscription gross profit of $279.9 million, representing 81% of subscription revenues.
