WesBanco Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2016 Net Income
January 24, 2017 4:15 PM ESTWHEELING, W.Va., Jan. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Todd F. Clossin, President and Chief Executive Officer of WesBanco, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSBC), a multi-state bank holding company based in Wheeling, WV, today announced net income and related earnings per share for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2016. Net income for 2016 was $86.6 million or $2.16 per diluted share compared to $80.8 million or $2.15 per diluted share for 2015. Net income for the three months ended December 31, 2016 was $24.2 million, while diluted earnings per share were $0.55, compared to $23.0 million or $0.60 per diluted share for the fourth quarter of 2015. Excluding after-tax merger-related...
