TC PipeLines, LP Announces 2016 Fourth Quarter Cash Distribution

HOUSTON, TEXAS -- (Marketwired) -- 01/23/17 -- TC PipeLines, LP (NYSE: TCP) (the Partnership) today announced that the board of directors of TC PipeLines GP, Inc., its general partner, declared the Partnership's fourth quarter 2016 cash distribution of $0.94 per common unit. The distribution is unchanged from the third quarter 2016 distribution and represents a six percent increase from the $0.89 per common unit distribution paid with respect to fourth quarter 2015.
