Dorchester Minerals, L.P. Announces Its Fourth Quarter Distribution
January 19, 2017 12:58 PM ESTDALLAS, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 01/19/17 -- Dorchester Minerals, L.P. (NASDAQ: DMLP) announced today the Partnership's fourth quarter 2016 cash distribution. The distribution of $0.241475 per common unit represents activity for the three-month period ended December 31, 2016 and is payable on February 10, 2017 to common unitholders of record as of January 30, 2017.
Cash receipts attributable to the Partnership's Royalty Properties during the fourth quarter totaled approximately $8.1 million. These receipts generally reflect oil sales during September 2016 through November 2016 and gas sales during August 2016 through October 2016.
