Aon plc (AON) Ticks Higher on Plans to Sell Benefits Outsourcing Unit
January 19, 2017 10:57 AM ESTAon plc (NYSE: AON) ticks higher on Reuters report the company is in advanced talks to sell its employee benefits outsourcing unit to buyout firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice LLC for nearly $4.5 billion, people familiar with the matter said on Thursday.
Shares of AON remain down 0.2% but are off the lows.
