Comments follow rumors that CP's outgoing CEO Hunter Harrison is teaming with activist investor Paul Hilal to attempt to shake up management at CSX. Analyst Amit Mehrotra said he sees continued upward pressure on shares, as investors attention on CSX is directed toward earnings power under a blue sky scenario.
