NEW YORK (Reuters) - Deutsche Bank AG agreed to pay $95 million to resolve a U.S. government lawsuit accusing the German bank of tax fraud for using "insolvent" shell companies to hide significant tax liabilities from the Internal Revenue Service in 2000.

Five Prime Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: FPRX) announced that Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE: BMY) has exercised its option to extend the research term of its discovery collaboration agreement with Five Prime for the discovery, development and commercialization of immuno-oncology therapies directed toward targets in three undisclosed immune checkpoint pathways.
