January 5, 2017 7:00 AM ESTKEARNEY, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Buckle, Inc. (NYSE: BKE) announced today that comparable store net sales, for stores open at least one year, for the 5-week period ended December 31, 2016 decreased 15.5 percent in comparison to comparable store net sales for the 5-week period ended January 2, 2016. Net sales for the 5-week fiscal month ended December 31, 2016 decreased 15.1 percent to $154.6 million compared to net sales of $182.1 million for the prior year 5-week fiscal month ended January 2, 2016.
