December 15, 2016 4:15 PM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NYSE:NLY) (the Company or Annaly) declared the fourth quarter 2016 common stock cash dividend of $0.30 per common share. This dividend is payable January 31, 2017, to common shareholders of record on December 30, 2016. The ex-dividend date is December 28, 2016.
