Stifel Reiterates Buy on Peak Resorts (SKIS) Following EB-5 Release Announcement
December 14, 2016 8:55 AM ESTStifel reiterated a Buy rating and $6.00 price target on Peak Resorts (NASDAQ: SKIS) following the company's announced release of the EB-5 monies from escrow. KIS will immediately be reimbursed $15M for monies spent on the West Lake Project at Mount Snow, further strengthening its liquidity position. In addition to the reimbursement, the EB-5 funds release serves as part of a two step process that could lead to the re-implementation of the companys dividend.
