HEICO Corporation Increases Semi-Annual Cash Dividend 13 percent
December 13, 2016 8:30 AM ESTMIAMI and HOLLYWOOD, Fla., Dec. 13, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HEICO Corporation (NYSE:HEI.A) (NYSE: HEI) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular semi-annual cash dividend of $.09 per share, payable on both classes of common stock. The cash dividend will be paid on January 18, 2017 to shareholders of record as of January 4, 2017.
The cash dividend represents a 13% increase over the prior semi-annual per share amount of $.08 and is HEICOs 77th consecutive semi-annual cash dividend since 1979.Â
