Banc of California Announces Quarterly Common Stock Dividend
December 5, 2016 6:00 AM ESTIRVINE, Calif., Dec. 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Banc of California, Inc. (NYSE: BANC), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share on its outstanding common stock. This is an increase of $0.01 from the previous quarterly cash dividend of $0.12. The dividend will be payable on January 3, 2017 to stockholders of record as of December 15, 2016. Based on the trading price of $14.85 as...
