Hormel Foods Achieves Record Fourth Quarter and Full Year Results
November 22, 2016 6:30 AM ESTAUSTIN, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hormel Foods Corporation (NYSE: HRL) today reported record performance for the fiscal year 2016 fourth quarter and full year.
All comparisons are to the fourth quarter or full year of fiscal 2015. The fourth quarter and full year of 2016 contains an extra week as compared to the prior year. All earnings per share measures are adjusted to reflect the two-for-one stock split distributed on February 9, 2016.

November 21, 2016 4:45 PM ESTAUSTIN, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Hormel Foods Corporation (NYSE: HRL), a multinational marketer of consumer-branded food and meat products, today announced a 17 percent increase to the annual dividend to shareholders, marking the 51st consecutive annual dividend increase.
The annual dividend on the common stock of the corporation was raised to $0.68 per share from $0.58 per share.
