Communications Sales & Leasing (CSAL) Tops Q3 AFFO by 3c
November 14, 2016 8:15 AM ESTCommunications Sales & Leasing (NASDAQ: CSAL) reported Q3 AFFO of $0.65, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.62. Revenue for the quarter came in at $200.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $198.62 million.
