(Nasdaq: UPLD), a leader in cloud-based Enterprise Work Management software, today reported its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2016, and provided guidance for its fourth quarter of 2016.

Total revenue was $19.2 million, compared to $17.1 million in the third quarter of 2015, or year-over-year growth of 12%.
