Cypress Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
November 7, 2016 4:05 PM ESTSAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â Cypress Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ: CY) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash distribution of $0.11 per share payable to holders of record of the Company's common stock at the close of business on December 29, 2016. This dividend will be paid on January 19, 2017.
