Allison Transmission declares quarterly dividend
November 4, 2016 5:14 PM EDTINDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ALSN), the world's largest manufacturer of commercial-duty fully automatic transmissions, announced today that its board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company's common stock for the fourth quarter of 2016. Payment will be made on Nov. 30, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 14, 2016.
