OLATHE, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NIC Inc. (NASDAQ: EGOV), the leading provider of digital government services, today announced net income of $16.2 million and earnings per share of 24 cents on total revenues of $80.4 million for the three months ended September 30, 2016. In the third quarter of 2015, the Company reported net income of $12.8 million and earnings per share of 19 cents on total revenues of $75.0 million.
