Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc. (NYSE: APTS), or PAC, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.22 per share for the fourth quarter of 2016. This is an increase of $0.0175 per share or approximately 8.6% over the prior quarterly dividend rate of $0.2025 per share paid to common stockholders for the third quarter of 2016. This also represents a 14.3% increase in our common stock dividend from our fourth quarter 2015 common stock dividend of $0.1925 per share, and an...
