("Cheniere") (NYSE MKT: LNG) reported a net loss1 of $100.4 million, or $0.44 per share (basic and diluted), for the three months ended September 30, 2016, compared to a net loss of $297.8 million, or $1.31 per share (basic and diluted), for the comparable 2015 period. Net Loss, As Adjusted2 was $94.2 million, or $0.41 per share (basic and diluted), for the three months ended September 30, 2016, compared to a Net Loss, As Adjusted of $164.6 million, or $0.72 per share (basic and diluted), for the comparable 2015 period.

Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. Reports Third Quarter 2016 Results
November 3, 2016 8:15 AM EDTHOUSTON, Nov. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. ("Cheniere Partners") (NYSE MKT: CQP) reported a net loss of $81.5 million and $256.5 million for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2016, respectively, compared to a net loss of $24.1 million and $262.9 million for the same periods in 2015, respectively. Adjusted EBITDA1 for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2016 was $100.3 million and $163.5 million, respectively, compared to $20.2 million and $37.9 million for the comparable 2015 periods, respectively.
