Great Plains Energy Incorporated Declares Dividends
November 1, 2016 9:53 AM EDTKANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Great Plains Energy (NYSE: GXP) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.2750 per share on its common stock. The Companys current annual dividend level is $1.10 per share. The common dividend will be payable December 20, 2016 to shareholders of record as of November 29, 2016. The shares will begin to trade ex-dividend on November 25, 2016.
The Board of Directors also declared a quarterly dividend on the Companys newly issued 7.00% Series B Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock. The dividend will be payable December 15, 2016 to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2016.... More
