Newpark Resources Reports Third Quarter 2016 Results

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Oct. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Newpark Resources, Inc. (NYSE: NR) today announced results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2016. Total revenues for the third quarter of 2016 were $104.6 million compared to $115.3 million in the second quarter of 2016 and $154.2 million in the third quarter of 2015. Net loss for the third quarter of 2016 was $13.5 million, or $0.16 per share, compared to a net loss of $13.9 million, or $0.17 per share, in the second quarter of 2016, and a net loss of $4.5 million, or $0.05 per share, in the third quarter of 2015.
