Sherwin-Williams (SHW) Elects Allen Mistysyn Effective Next Year

The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) announced today that its Board of Directors has elected Allen J. Mistysyn to serve as Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2017. Mr. Mistysyn, 47, has served as Sherwin-Williams' Senior Vice President Corporate Controller since October 2014 and will assume the CFO duties currently held by Sean P. Hennessy.
