Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Announces Results for Fiscal 2016 Fourth Quarter and Full Year and Provides Fiscal 2017 Guidance
October 6, 2016 5:31 PM EDTMELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- October 6, 2016--Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ: CMTL) today reported its operating results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended July 31, 2016. The Company also announced financial targets for its 2017 fiscal year.
2016 Fourth Quarter Highlights
Net sales for the three months ended July 31, 2016 were $152.4 million compared to $77.5 million for the three months ended July 31, 2015. The period-over-period increase in net sales reflects incremental sales of approximately $85.4 million as a result of the acquisition of TeleCommunication Systems, Inc.
