AquaVenture Holdings Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
October 5, 2016 11:28 PM EDTTAMPA, Fla., Oct. 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â AquaVenture Holdings Limited ("AquaVenture") a leader in water purification solutions, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,500,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $18.00 per share, before underwriting discounts. In addition, AquaVenture has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 975,000 additional ordinary shares at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount.
