Watsco Boosts Annual Dividend 24% to $4.20 Per Share
October 3, 2016 7:30 AM EDTMIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Watsco, Inc. (NYSE: WSO) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $1.05 on each outstanding share of its Common and Class B common stock. This represents a 24% increase in the quarterly dividend rate versus a year ago. The cash dividend is payable on October 31, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 17, 2016.
