(NYSE MKT: SSY) today announced a loss from continuing operations for its fourth fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2016 of $823,000 or a loss of $0.09 per fully diluted share, compared to a loss from continuing operations of $7,000 or a loss of $0.00 per fully diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. SunLink Adopts Shareholder Rights Plan to Protect Tax Benefits

(NYSE MKT: SSY) (the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors has acted to protect the Companys valuable income tax net operating loss carryforwards (NOLs) by adopting a new tax benefits protection rights plan. The purpose of the rights plan is to protect shareholder value by preserving the Companys ability to use its NOLs in the future.
