September 7, 2016 4:50 PM EDTBIRMINGHAM, Ala., Sept. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of ProAssurance Corporation (NYSE: PRA) has declared a cash dividend of $0.31 per common share, payable on October 7, 2016 to shareholders who own our stock as of September 28, 2016.
