Medpace Holdings, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
August 10, 2016 7:45 PM EDTCINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Medpace Holdings, Inc. (Medpace) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $23.00 per share. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Medpace. In addition, Medpace has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,050,000 shares of common stock from Medpace at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
