B&G Foods (BGS) Prices 3.75M Common Stock Offering at $49/Share
August 9, 2016 8:00 AM EDTB&G Foods, Inc. (NYSE: BGS) announced that it has priced its offering of 3,750,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $49.00 per share. The offering is expected to close on August 12, 2016. In connection with the offering, B&G Foods has granted the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional 550,000 shares of common stock.
