Global Net Lease (GNL) Reports Q2 EPS of $0.09

Global Net Lease (NYSE: GNL) reported Q2 EPS of $0.09, versus ($0.25) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $53.2 million, versus $49.1 million reported last year.

AFFO of $32.4 million, or $0.19 per share, a year-over-year increase of 23.1%

("GNL") (NYSE: GNL) announced that the independent directors serving upon the Board of Directors unanimously approved a definitive merger agreement to acquire all of the outstanding common stock of American Realty Capital Global Trust II, Inc.
