Independence Realty Trust Announces Second Quarter 2016 Financial Results
August 3, 2016 7:45 AM EDTPHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Independence Realty Trust, Inc. (IRT) (NYSE MKT: IRT) today announced its second quarter 2016 financial results. All per share results are reported on a diluted basis.
Results for the Quarter
Earnings per share (EPS) was $0.61 for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 as compared to $0.01 for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. Core Funds from Operations (CFFO) per share increased 15.8% to $0.22 for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 from $0.19 for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
