Manning & Napier, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend
July 28, 2016 4:07 PM EDTFAIRPORT, N.Y., July 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Manning & Napier, Inc. (NYSE: MN), ("Manning & Napier" or "the Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share of Class A common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about November 1, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 14, 2016. The dividend marks the nineteenth quarterly dividend since the Company's Initial Public Offering conducted in November 2011.
