OceanFirst Financial Corp. Announces Second Quarter Financial Results
July 28, 2016 5:01 PM EDTTOMS RIVER, N.J., July 28, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OceanFirst Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: OCFC), (the "Company"), the holding company for OceanFirst Bank (the "Bank"), today announced that diluted earnings per share were $0.16 for the three months ended June 30, 2016, as compared to $0.31 for the corresponding prior year quarter. For the six months ended June 30, 2016, diluted earnings per share were $0.39, as compared to $0.63 for the corresponding prior year period.
