Derma Sciences (DSCI) Enters Agreement to Sell FAD Division in $12.2M Deal

(Nasdaq: DSCI) announces the signing of a definitive agreement to sell its First Aid Division (FAD) to Dukal Corporation for approximately $12.2 million, including inventory. Dukal is a privately-held supplier of a broad range of best-in-class disposable medical products and patient-care items for all medical markets, with headquarters in Ronkonkoma, N.Y.
