Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend
July 27, 2016 12:35 PM EDTMILLERSBURG, Pa., July 27, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (Mid Penn) (NASDAQ: MPB), the parent company of Mid Penn Bank, today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share, payable August 22, 2016 to shareholders of record as of August 10, 2016.
Mid Penn previously announced record quarterly earnings and total assets over $1 billion. Net income available to common shareholders for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 totaled $2,022,000, or $0.48 per common share basic and diluted. For the six months ended June 30, 2016, earnings were $3,827,000, or $0.91 per common share basic and diluted. Assets...
