TPI Composites Prices Initial Public Offering
July 21, 2016 7:51 PM EDTSCOTTSDALE, Ariz., July 21, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TPI Composites, Inc. (TPI) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,250,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $11.00 per share. In addition, TPI has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 937,500 additional shares of common stock from TPI at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. TPIs initial public offering is a 100% primary offering.
